Проблема с загрузкой в Steam

Здравствуйте. Поставил на загрузку в Steam TES 5 Skyrim. Но вот проблема скорость очень маленькая, не поднимается выше 60 кб\сек. Позже через два часа загрузки, я обнаружил, что скорость повысилась до 350 кб\сек, вместе со скайримом загружались драйвера на видео карту.Позже загрузка драйверов прекратилась и скорость опять упала до 40-50 кб\сек.
Я подумал если поставить на загрузку ещё один файл, то всё будет окей, но нет:

И главное если загружать другой файл на него идёт нормальная скорость, а на скайрим мизерная.

В общем странно всё это. Вы не знаете в чём может быть проблема?
