В игре рассказывается об Алисе Лидделл — девушке, страдающей от эмоциональной травмы, вызванной гибелью её родителей во время пожара. Алиса выписалась из психиатрической клиники и во время действия игры живёт в приюте для душевно травмированных сирот, при этом её продолжают посещать галлюцинации. Чтобы избавиться от душевной травмы и узнать правду о своём прошлом, девушка вновь попадает в Страну чудес, в которой поселилось новое зло.
