Хочу узнать, если сгорит заприваченый деревяный дом, на который просто перекинулся огонь с соседней чужой постройки, убытки можно возместить?

Думаю надо возместить убытки с процентами игроку, которому принадлежал дом

Сгорит, ещё как сгорит. Если конечно они к друг друг соединены. Но не волнуйся, администрация может узнать кто разлил лаву/поджёг. Ты сможешь попросить компенсацию.
