Не так давно давно появилась вот такая вещь:
Выскакивает пару раз в недельку, проблема держится где-то час и более. Потом всё становится нормально. МНе не хочется ждать пока пройдет проблема сама собой, прошу разобраться в чем дело.

В твоем провайдере дело, а точнее в его DNS-сервере.

Делай трассировку в такие моменты.
В командной строке вводи "tracert srv1.greencubes.org" без кавычек и смотри есть ли звёздочки. Если есть - обращайся к провайдеру за разъяснениями.
