При попадании в тюрьму они исчезают, но
По теории, они должны возвратиться автоматически после освобождения.

Это все в теории.
Модератоы говорили, что вещи могут и не вернуться, рекомендую взять, что то не ценное.
Заодно и протестируешь тюрьму)

На этот вопрос был дан ответ в интервью ГЖ, вещи после тюрьмы возвращаются. Если нет - баг
